WINE TASTING NOTES:

Hunters Rosé – This Rosé is made in a vibrant, fruit driven style. Lashings of fresh raspberry, peach and nectarine make the wine supremely drinkable. The palate is unctuous, juicy, and dry to taste.

The Doctors Rosé – Our Rosé hits you with an exciting explosion of flavour. Fresh strawberries and ripe red cherry, with just a hint of aromatic herbs like sage and thyme. The wine is so fresh and light and lively it practically dances its way across your palate to a crisp and dry finish. It’s like summer in a bottle.

Staete Landt Nude Rosé – This complex Rosé is a modern blend of white wine and Pinot Noir parcels. All parcels have been hand-harvested and matured in old oak vessels to gain complexity and a nice creamy texture. Provocative, tantalising and tempting, NUDE is a dry Rosé that awakens the senses and fearlessly strives for perfection. With alluring aromas of stone fruit, rock melon and strawberry, Nude is a beautifully bold Rosé with a bright finish that will leave you wanting more.

Yealands Estate Single Vineyard Rosé – This elegant, deep salmon coloured Rosé has an enticing bouquet of vibrant red berries and cream. Luscious ripe strawberry and raspberry flavours on the palate are complemented with minerality and fresh acidity. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and a gluten free diet.

Caythorpe Rosé – A refreshing Rosé made from Pinot Noir. Beautifully aromatic with melon, raspberries, strawberries and hints of cherry.

The Kings Desire Rosé – Made with a nod to Provence, this lighter style rosé has aromas of candied pear and mango with underlying secondary notes of brioche and honeycomb. The focused palate delivers stone fruit flavours while a full-bodied mouthfeel lingers on the palate carrying a juicy acidity.
