Forrest Doctors Riesling – Nothing’s quite as fun as our Riesling. It’s like biting into a deliciously crisp Granny Smith apple while simultaneously licking lime sherbet and apricot. So easy to drink, with the perfect balance of fruit sweetness and fresh acidity at a modest 9% alcohol. A much better way to enjoy life.
Astrolabe Farm Riesling – And now for something different. Wines in this range demonstrate Simon’s innovative treatment of specific parcels of fruit and his willingness to challenge the ‘everyday’ winemaking process. Simon loves to experiment while capturing the raw, ethereal and sometimes undiscovered qualities of individual grape varieties.
Tinpot Hut Turner Vineyard Riesling – Fresh citrus aromatics of sweet lime and grapefruit mingle with subtle floral notes. A light bodied fresh and appealing palate displaying flavours of lime and grapefruit with a distinct mineral finish so reflective of the Blind River sub-region. Rounded and well-balanced acidity with mineral notes lead to a long pleasing finish.
Tua Marina Vineyard Arneis – The white wine for red wine fans. Wonderful fruit purity with elegant savoury nuances. Delicate aromas of apricot, lemon peel, jasmine and almond characters. Medium-full bodied with a finely textured and linear palate and good weight. Dry with a concentrated, lingering and nutty finish typical of Arneis
Stanley Estate Albarino – Dry to taste and a full, warm and rounded generous palate. Concentrated flavours of white and yellow peaches, honeydew melons, vanilla, passionfruit and pineapple. Minerality, zesty acidity, and slight oak spice. It has a full and lingering palate.
Te Whare Ra Toru – TORU (which means “three” in Maori) is an aromatic blend we first created over 12 years ago and was the first of it’s kind in New Zealand. It is a delicious, co-fermented “field blend” of three varieties – Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris.
