Greywacke Chardonnay – An enticing combination of pink grapefruit, burnt orange and white nectarine mingles with more savoury aromas of smoked almonds, hazelnut meringue and the heady fragrance of freshly cut hay. The mealy savouriness carries through onto a rich, textural palate, evidence of this wine’s low-intervention winemaking. An intricate bone-dry style that is highly concentrated with a distinct flintiness, tight structure and crisp citrussy finish.

Marisco The King’s Bastard Chardonnay – The cool climate nature of this wine is stated by aromas of nectarine, lemon pith and underlying oak. The palate starts strong with stone fruit flavours backed up by a subtle creaminess. Secondary characters of flint and toast help to create interest on the palate while a typical Marlborough acidity draws out the palate with a salivating finish.

The Darling Chardonnay – This wine has been made in an old-world style with minimal intervention. It is soft with great texture and has flavours of citrus, melon, white peach and a touch of flint. A refined mid palate, with great length of flavour. This wine will drink well anytime complementing seafood, as well as soft and hard cheese.

Zephyr Chardonnay – Colour is bright green, straw, Nose is spice, citrus, lemon, mealy, subtle funk.
The Palate is texture, phenolics, chewy onion skin and oak spice.

Dog Point Chardonnay – A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smokey, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The hallmarks of Dog Point chardonnay are ever present here with pure saline and crisp palate structure. This vintage will have the ability to age well. Perfect match with scallops, white fish, poultry and BBQ pork.

Astrolabe Chardonnay Marlborough – A wine of very elegant texture with stone fruit, vanilla creaminess, toasty oak, pleasing weight and a long, dry and mineral finish. Some ripe melon and dried stone fruits with vanilla and butter notes and a subtle mealiness with a mid straw gold colour.
